Marish, in total it turned out 5 hours (corrected in the recipe): 1 hour dough + 4 hours preparation. I don't know why it took so long, like the leaven is fresh, maybe it's cold, the window was open. and the batteries are disconnected. You should be guided by your test, maybe it will rise earlier.
