Gala
Oksan, and it turns out so green-green?
Omela
Of course, Gal, this is not photoshop. The color changes from white in the blender right before our eyes.
Gala
and a big bunch is a lope?
no, Ksyu, I have no doubt, I just clarify

Today I also have brilliant green: spinach, beet leaves, radishes, parsley, orange, apple, water

Omela
Gal, I haven't weighed a bunch of something, put in as much as I can. Meyan had a bunch tied with a wooden twig, I don't know, do they do that in your market?

You made a delicious combination ... and I did it with nettles. I don’t even know whether to show it or not? Contradictory sensations.)))

Gala
understandably. I will try.

lay it out, we'll see. I did such

Omela
Be sure to try it. I'm interested in trying different flavors. but for my husband now I do this on order.)

Yeah, Butenko has one. I leaned on it, only there was no mango, put the avocado.

Gala

Avocado is not a substitute. It has no taste, only oiliness

Omela

I think there was just a lot of nettles ...got hold of the free one.

Gala
Sasha, there is also a book "Recipes for green cocktails from Victoria Butenko. The first step to a raw food diet."

Made this cocktail today. Me, too, delicious, tender and unusual. Thanks for the recipe! : rose: Unfortunately, this color (super green) did not work for me. Probably need more cilantro. And the color of the cocktail really changes right before our eyes. For the sake of "trying" I used the rest of the beam. Next time I will definitely put more.
Omela
Volume, glad you liked. And the color is yes. of course depends on the amount of parsley.
Volume
Parsley? And her there? Or just one cilantro?
Omela
Volume, of course cilantro, made a reservation.
Volume
It happens: girl-yes: And here is the report. Radically green is absent.
Green cocktail Cool cilantro (V. Butenko)
Omela
Volume, it seems to me that you have a different consistency - thinner. I got it really thick.
Volume
There is not enough cilantro in mine. And dried apricots were soaked from evening to morning. Probably got some water well.
And this cocktail instead of breakfast? Or is it possible during the day, when you want and how much you want?
To me and to "you" you can
Omela
Volume, usually for all green cocktails the scheme of taking is one hour before or after a meal, i.e., do not associate them with a meal. Regarding how much - I drink 0.7l (I have such a bottle) per day.) And every day the greens need to be changed so that there is no intoxication.
Volume
Omela Thanks for the answer!

I didn't know. Thanks for the info, I just started getting interested in green cocktails.
Omela
If you just started to be interested, then download and read Butenko. There is the whole theory, including about intoxication. Nothing bad will happen if you use the same greens for two days in a row, but I still change. to diversify the taste. I buy salads for a week. cabbage. greens and combine.
Volume
Need to download and read, thanks.

Probably delicious! I want that too ...... to 0.7 every day! Oksana You probably already have a whole system for preparing such cocktails? Share your favorite drink recipes: girl-yes:

You probably already have a whole system of making such cocktails?
The system is as follows: A combination of herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro, celery, cabbage, lettuce) + fruits (bananas, apples, grapes, dried fruits). Any combination can be. I make from what was.) You can see the recipes in my profile (p. 14)

Ketsal
Unusually tasty and radically green! I added medlar there, and it seems a lot of water, I just added a little. Thanks for the recipe
Omela
Ketsal, glad you liked,! And what is murshmulu? And the water can be adjusted to your liking.)
Ketsal
medlar is yum. 🔗
Omela
Ketsal, thanks, I kind of tried it. but I don't remember the taste.

And I planted all kinds of herbs in two beds, almost died I hope there will be one in the summer. I also forgot to write that I add sprouted grains to cocktails (wheat, oats, lentils, etc.)
