Ingredients

For Minced Meat:
Pork 600 g
Beef 400 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Overcooked onions + carrots 3-4 tbsp. l.
Rice 1 m / glass
Greens (if you like) taste
For the sauce
Bulb onions 2 large
Carrot 2 pcs
Sour cream 15% 400 g
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
Plant oil + margarine
Herbs, spices taste
Cabbage 1 PC

Cooking method

  • We dip the cabbage in hot boiling water, cut out the stump from it and divide it into leaves.
  • For the lazy ones like me: at this time of year in the market, young cabbage sellers always have top leaves from cabbage on sale for a penny price. You can buy them and not bother parsing cabbage.
  • We wash the rice well, salt and boil until half cooked.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, three carrots on a grater. Fry in vegetable oil + a piece of margarine. It is possible on the stove, it is possible in a pressure cooker in the Fry mode, pressure 3.

  • When the onion becomes transparent, set aside 3-4 tbsp. l. for minced meat.
  • Add tomato paste and herbs to the rest of the frying. Fill with water. Approx. 200 ml. After 2-3 minutes of boiling, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaves and peppercorns. I lay down fragrant. And so we simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

  • We make minced meat: grind pork with beef. We add our rice and fried onions with carrots, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, salt, pepper, fresh or frozen herbs. Knead with your hands until smooth.

  • At the bottom of the pressure cooker we put boiled cabbage leaves (you can torn, those that are not suitable for stuffed cabbage).
