Pear lemonade with sage

Pear lemonade with sage

Ingredients

Sage 5 g
Lime 25 g
Pear juice 100 g
Ice
Carbonated water 50 g

Cooking method

  • This refreshing and light non-alcoholic cocktail is prepared in portions in tall glasses using the traditional Mojito method. The barista suggested moving away from tradition and using sage instead of mint. In combination with sweet pear juice and sour aromatic lime, it turned out to be a wonderful cocktail that will give strength and quench your thirst well on a hot day.
  • - In a tall glass we put sage leaves and crushed ice, a quarter of lime, cut into slices, and remember well with a mudler. You can use a spoon.
  • - Add ice and gently pour in juice, packaged or freshly squeezed. In the second case, add a little sugar or syrup. Stir gently with a bar spoon and serve, garnished with lime or sage leaf.
  • - The ratio of juice, water and syrup can be changed at your discretion and taste.

Note

Refreshing and unbeatable. Delicious! The main thing is to knead the sage well. Recipe from Sotnikova.
Of course, natural juice from hard pears sounds much tastier in this lemonade.

A completely unusual taste for me Ol! I use all the pears more in their natural form. Ah, here - pear juice! And, indeed, unbeatable and very interesting! And how beautiful it is!
Elven
Ol, that's lovely! Eh, it's a pity, I only have dry sage

Just about, fresh taste is generally different, only the foam needs to be removed better! Thank you!

Yes, the combination is unusual, but not extreme, so try it, Ira, when there are a lot of pears!

Ol, why are you dragging it back and forth? He hibernates with me without any problems under the snow

Lemonade has a good composition!

Freezes for two years in a row, sow, grows, takes root, then freezes. Although they covered him, there was no snow this winter! There was another variety before, such a woody one, that grew for 10 years.
Well, at least I planted it in a pot, so now there is one sickly one, I planted it, I cherish it. In the photo, purchased at all.
Gala
Clear. I must have woody. I bought it in a pot, planted it and there are no problems. Even if you get leaves from under the snow, it is remarkably fragrant.
Elven
How interesting! That is, you can grow it at home at all? And then we have a vegetable garden in a swampy area, I'm afraid it will freeze. We need to look for seeds.

Yes, I planted two varieties, the tree has been growing for several years, but this is so thin, the twigs grow straight and the leaves are narrow, somehow tender!
I also bought it in a pot now, I want to plant it, and before winter sketch out the branches. Sage is very useful, especially for ladies 45+, generally a female plant.

You will calmly grow, under the film, simply sprinkle the seeds on damp ground. Only in winter you need extra. lighting - it stretches very much.
Elven
Will seek. Thank you
