Ingredients

Vanillin
Goat milk + starter culture 500 gr. + 70 gr.
For the sauce:
Zucchini 1/2 small
Orange juice from 2 large
Orange zest 1/2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Potato starch 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Yogurt preparation:
  • Pour goat milk at room temperature into a yoghurt maker (slow cooker). Add starter - sugar-free yogurt. Turn on for yoghurt preparation according to the brand. I did it in a yogurt maker for 8 hours. After cooking, without stirring, refrigerate for 8 hours to ripen. For the specified norm of ingredients, when making ice cream, you need to take a little less than half of the resulting yogurt.
  • Ice cream preparation:
  • Puree bananas with a blender. Add vanillin, cream, condensed milk and beat well. Add yogurt and stir well. Put ice cream in ice cream maker and turn on. Or put the container in the freezer and stir twice at intervals of 2 hours.
  • Sauce preparation:
  • Peel the young zucchini and chop into thin strips. Remove the zest from one orange. Squeeze juice from both oranges. Orange juice, lemon sugar and sliced ​​zucchini weighed 300 gr. Dilute starch in a small amount of juice. Combine all products and cook until thickened, stirring continuously. Finish with sugar.
  • Innings:
  • Pour some sauce on the bottom. Place the ice cream balls. Top with zucchini strips and zest strips for decoration.
