Cooking method

  • Dough - 150 ml of fermented infusion of dried fruits and chokeberry berries + 100 g of whole grain spelled flour + 1/2 teaspoon of white malt, stir well, leave for 24 hours.
  • Dough - all dough, all dry ingredients, sugar, salt and water 150 ml. Kneading - on the program "Pizza". You may need to add water in the process.
  • Then stretch the dough on a board, sprinkle with oil, fold in an envelope and put in a multicooker bowl for the "Dough" program - 2 hours. During this time, remove twice, stretch, sprinkle with oil and fold.
  • Then "bake" for 40 minutes, then turn over and bake for 30 minutes.
