Bandana
I recently got a kenwood kitchen machine and an ice cream attachment for it. I made ice cream a couple of times and noticed that it leaks, the contents have a sharp sour-salty taste. I called the Kenwood hotline, they said that this is an accessory and cannot be replaced / repaired under warranty. Tell me, has anyone come across a similar one, what to do in this situation? The thing is expensive, I'm not ready to buy a new cup every month. I was very upset.

Bandana, and how did you understand what is leaking? Was there liquid in the plastic bowl downstairs?

First go to an authorized service center, take it for examination. You receive a conclusion about the factory marriage - on the basis of this, you are obliged to replace the cup. Unless, of course, this is mechanical damage.
