Dough in a bread maker

Ingredients

milk 250 ml
egg 1 PC
butter (margarine) 45 g
wheat flour 3 st
salt 1 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
saf-moment yeast (or others) 1 sachet (11 gr)

Cooking method

  • Hello girls! I want to share a recipe for a dough that helps me out every day. I found the recipe somewhere on the Internet, so if the author reads a huge human THANKS to him (unfortunately I did not remember the author).
  • So ... I put all the above products in a bucket from a bread machine and put them on the dough kneading mode (in my bread machine it is 1 hour 3 minutes). After the beep, I let the dough come up again (about 15 minutes). And that's all. From the specified amount, 13 pies or buns or whatever you want is obtained. Any filling. I also make pies out of it when I don't feel like messing around with pies. In the picture, a cake from this dough was molded according to the lessons of Valentina Zurkan. Many thanks to her too!
  • All. I would be glad if someone comes in handy.

Thank you all for the praise. You can look at how to make such a cake on YouTube in a search engine, type Valentina Zurkan, she has a lot of detailed video lessons. Once again, a BIG THANKS to her for this. If you suddenly do not find write, I will try to tell and show myself.

thanks for the recipe! come in handy!

3 glasses means a measuring glass from a bread machine (I seem to have written that the dough is made in a bread machine) if it was not clear SORRY
Mams
NataljaVoroneg, different bakers have different glasses. The difference is significant, from 230 ml to 310 ml ... It would be nice to clarify which glass is used.

And further. Ask the moderators to correct the name of the recipe. With a small letter - it looks ugly. The recipe is worthy, I would not want to lose because of the little things.

And for the dough recipe, of course!

Next time I will make sure to photograph the stages of framing. While I will try to explain in words. Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out, grease the dough. butter, sprinkle with sugar. We divide one cake from the center without cutting to the end into 8 parts. In each triangle we make a slit, turn it out like brushwood and bend the turned out part from the center to the edge. The middle remains empty. We turn the second cake into a roll and cut it obliquely into small rolls (I got 9 pieces) and put these rolls in the empty center. That's all ... If you don't figure it out, I'll definitely take a picture next time.

Oh, seduced. I will try today
NataljaVoroneg
I am very glad that I liked it!
NataljaVoroneg
I also want to say that the roll can be cut not diagonally, but simply straight. It also turns out very nicely (like roses).

I baked a cake by molding Made according to the basic recipe for HP Panasonic, the recipe is almost the same) (I liked it very nicely.) But not sweet.
NataljaVoroneg, I want to bake it again, but I don’t understand where to put the filling.
NataljaVoroneg
Orange, you can put the beginning on the roll, but I think it will flow out (jam is allowed). After baking, I sprinkle sugar on top.
lyudmia
Natalia, I'm just shocked by the molding. The pies are just awesome. I will definitely try

Very beautiful molding! Thanks for MK. My dough came up a lot after molding and it was difficult to catch the pattern. But I don't, I'll try a couple more times - maybe I'll learn how to make such a beauty!
NataljaVoroneg

Girls, hello! No one can tell me a recipe for rye bread, but without sourdough. I found it on the forum, but there you need malt, then wort or something else.

NataljaVoroneg,

Although it is written that for the oven, it turns out perfectly in HP. The entire process from start to finish can be carried out directly in the HP bucket.

Thanks for the recipe. Mine are very happy. I've been on your site for a month now and I really like everything. What are you all great.

Thanks for the recipe. Kneading in a bread maker, I did not mix enough flour manually.
natadi
Thank you very much for this recipe. The cake turned out to be tall and fluffy. The structure is soft and porous. I didn't even expect such a result. I made the filling with poppy seeds.
I take it for permanent use.
pravum
Please tell me what kind of bread maker you have? She kneaded for an hour, or kneaded for a while, and then stopped, and it fit there?
natadi
I have a Panasonic sd-255. The dough was put on the yeast dough program.
pravum
It seems like I'm starting to deal with my bread maker. There must be a typo in the instructions. Now I put the dough in the yeast dough program again.
