Hunting potatoes in a Panasonic multicooker

Hunting potatoes in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Pork fat 50 g
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Water 1 tbsp.
Potatoes 800 g
Cabbage 400-500 g
Mushrooms 400 g
Salt, pepper, bay leaf taste
Sour cream 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the bacon into pieces and put it in the multicooker, turning on the baking mode. Sinked it a little so that the fat appeared, then flour there, fried it a little and diluted it with water (I didn't have broth). The result is a sauce ... interspersed with pieces of bacon.
  • 2. I threw diced potatoes (2 x 2 cm) into a saucepan, mixed with the sauce, then chopped cabbage, followed by frozen champignons (there were no other mushrooms in the freezer). I added salt, a little black ground pepper, bay leaf and a little sour cream (I love the combination of lard and sour cream, from childhood memories: my grandmother baked pancakes in the stove, fried lard (cracklings), and we poured sour cream into it and dipped these pancakes ... vkuusnooo!)
  • Since my potatoes and mushrooms are raw (unlike the original recipe), I put them in the stewing mode for 2 hours, but I think that it will cook earlier. Now I'm sitting waiting ...

Note

So I decided to try a recipe from the book "Kitchen in a Pot", and since I am the happy owner of a "miracle pot", I tried to adapt it to a multicooker, with the least expenditure of effort, time and dishes.
The original recipe was as follows (see attachment), I can't insert a picture directly into the text, can someone teach ...

I prepared it according to your recipe. The truth has changed a little, since all the necessary ingredients were missing. I didn't have any mushrooms, I added ready-made "beans with mushrooms" half an hour before the end of cooking. The fat was not even felt. Everything turned out very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
I think next time I'll try it strictly according to the recipe.

KuzyaSchechkina, I cooked this dish on the allotment. I liked it very much! Thanks for the recipe!
Simple and very tasty, I could not resist adding.
I cooked on the PLOV mode, it turned out almost like in your photo, but thicker, the juice evaporated. I will still cook like this.
Next time I'll try it with ready-made beans instead of mushrooms.
DJ-Larochka suggested an idea.
