Sparkling cherry (Fermenter Oursson FE0205D / GA)

Ingredients

frozen cherries 350-400gr
sugar 150gr
dry yeast) 0.3-0.5h l

Cooking method

  • I defrosted the cherry a little, washed it with warm water and transferred it to a 2 liter jar of a fermenter.

  • It turned out not sweet, with sourness, with a very pleasant aroma.
