Berry soufflé with condensed milk

Ingredients

Berries - assorted 2 glasses
I have: h. currants, raspberries, cherries, strawberries, lingonberries, cranberries, blueberries
Condensed milk 150 ml
Sugar 80 g
Gelatin 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with half a glass of cold water and set aside until it swells. Bring the berries to a boil, adding 100 ml of water, and grind with a blender or, if you are irritated by raspberry seeds and black currant skins, rub through a sieve, stir with sugar and cool. Without bringing the gelatin to a boil, dissolve in a microwave oven or in a water bath and, whipping the berry mixture with a mixer, pour gelatin into it with a thin stream, and then condensed milk. It remains to decompose the soufflé into tins and send it to the freezer for a short time. Oh, how delicious it is! Help yourself!
