Note

The recipe was taken as a basis from the booklet that went to the Little Bear, I increased the amount of milk so as not to suffer with the recalculation of the leaven. Therefore, I cooked in a 2-liter jar. At the end of the program, when my mother took out the yogurt (I was at work), it was very thick and, when the can was tilted, it moved a little, but all, as a single conglomerate. When I came home from work and ran to look at it, there was condensation on the lid, that is, water droplets, there was a spoon in the yogurt, but the hole left by the spoon after tasting was still slowly filling with the remaining product. Honestly, I don’t know, it should be so, because it contains sugar, the density of the ideal, probably it cannot be?
Unfortunately, I was able to photograph only the remains ... It tastes more like a dessert than a fermented milk product. The husband was already purring with pleasure, my mother tried it, she liked it, but, unfortunately, she can't eat much of it, because it is a very sweet product.
Probably, you can reduce the cooking time and definitely the amount of sugar. Yes, and the yoghurt does not stretch at all, a pleasant thickness.
I will be happy to hear your comments and advice.

Ninelle, I also made according to the recipe for the fermenter. This yogurt tasted to me like ice cream and ice cream, maybe due to vanilla sugar, but I really liked the taste.

And in consistency, have you got peace? And where is your recipe, can we send mine there?

How good you are with such a device. I do this in a yogurt maker with condensed milk. I think there will be about one taste. But with such a device it is certainly more interesting!

Ninelle, I did not post the recipe anywhere, just when the fermenter came, I set the yogurt to cook according to the recipe. It took 6 hours to prepare, but it seemed to me not quite the consistency and I added 2 more hours. It turned out to be dense, but the serum was still there.

I didn't have any serum, only condensation on the lid. And, as it were, moisture at the edges and at the top.

Tumanchik, conclusion, you need to get a bear!
