The second time I doused it with boiling water, froze it, but as a result, the color also remained marsh, but in addition, the sorrel did not grind into a homogeneous mass, there were threads. After walking around the recipe for a couple of days, I decided to make it without scalding. And the main thing is to grind it frozen, do not wait until it thaws. And I also added sugar. But it turned out interesting and tasty.
