a little more than 0.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • I have already laid out the bird cherry cake before.
  • Cake without eggs "Curd Bird cherry" (multicooker Phlips HD3095) (Manna)

  • It was in the proportion of bird cherry and wheat flour 1: 1.5. There is too much bird cherry in this proportion for my taste. Therefore, this time I increased the proportion towards wheat flour - 1: 4.
  • We mix flour and sugar.
  • Bird cherry muffin (no eggs) in the KitchenAid multicooker
  • We pour in the oil, add the cake (my cake is very dry).
  • Bird cherry muffin (no eggs) in the KitchenAid multicooker
  • We mix. And only after that we add whey (since the moisture content of the cake can be different).
  • We knead. And at the last moment we sift the soda. Knead again.

  • Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter. We spread the dough into it. We level.
  • Bird cherry muffin (no eggs) in the KitchenAid multicooker
  • We close the lid.
  • "Manual" mode 130 ° С 1 hour.
  • As the multicooker enters the mode, press Start to count down the time.
  • After 55 minutes, my cupcake was ready. We check the readiness with a skewer. Leave the cake in the bowl to cool slightly.

  • Then we spread it by turning it over (I turned it over on a plastic steam basket).
  • Bird cherry muffin (no eggs) in the KitchenAid multicooker
  • The cake is completely baked, the crust is thin, not burnt.
  • The cake is moist but crumbly. Sweet and aromatic.
  • This is exactly my proportion of "bird cherry" and "wheat"

Note

Honestly, I was afraid to bake in this slow cooker, because it has a glass lid. I was afraid that the cake might not bake. Therefore, on top of the lid I laid the fleece in several layers ... just in case

Oooh ... and baking in this slow cooker turns out!
Mannochka, thanks for your hard work!
Manna
Tanechka, Thank you! Hope you enjoy the cupcake! I really liked this proportion of bird cherry / wheat flour.

Check markthank you dear for appreciating! Yes, the multicooker pleased me with the opportunity to bake in it.

Everything is out of tune, right?
I have no idea about bird cherry flavor, but bird cherry flour pops up regularly in recipes. Mannyun, and de they take it, entu flour? Painfully, you liked the cutter in your cupcake!
Gala
And I have everything (I’m Lenka Timka), except for the apple-orange (and indeed any) cake, and I smell the whole thing in it.

Mannyun, and de they take it, entu flour?
Flax, in stores with all sorts of healthy products, and at weekend fairs, too, can usually be found.
Manna
Lenochka, this flour is usually sold in departments with all kinds of flour, where there is buckwheat, corn, flax and other types of flour. I don't know how now, but I used to be in Platypus.

And the taste ... well, you can't convey it with words. But pure bird cherry muffin / cake is tasteless. Therefore, it is diluted with wheat flour. Some people like the 1: 1 ratio. And for me 1: 1.5 is very cloying. Here is 1: 4 the most it turned out.

Check mark, yes, the cake is important. It gives moisture to the cake, binds it - there is not much gluten here, cake without cake will crumble. And fiber is also ... useful ... You can do without orange, just apple. I still have cake from apple and orange juice, so it went completely into business.

Thank you, Gal, I will look at the nearest shops, if I don’t find it, I’ll catch it in Platypus.

Oh, as for us - Siberians, (at least for most of them), it is tastier than bird cherry cake and there is nothing! Well, maybe there are, but cakes with bird cherry flour are a separate, incomparable category of baked goods. One almond flavor is worth it! You will download! And we put much more of this flour into the dough.
Oh, this is your recipe Mannus, I will take it for myself with pleasure due to the lack of eggs in it. I have such tasters who feel the presence of eggs in any dish to unbearable ...
Manna
Thank you, virgins!

Yes, yes, yes, you Siberians eat bird cherry flour with spoons. And I am very glad that I was able to find my proportion, when both taste and aroma are not oversaturated
Irisha, I will be glad if the recipe is useful, and especially if you like it!

Mannochka, there is no strength to pass by the delicious! And, in the absence of cake and juicer, can I just rub the apple? Will the serum then need to be donated? What density of dough to focus on, it seems soft in the photo, but does not spread, right?
Manna
Yes, Zhenechka, the dough does not spread, "flops" when laid out. You can take an apple, but you will need less serum, respectively.

By the way, you can attach dried apples here if they are stale.
