Cookies that taste perfect in combination with icing and mastic !!

Ingredients

flour 200 g
almond flour 50 g
powdered sugar 75 g
a pinch of salt
butter 100 g
vanilla
yolk 3

Cooking method

  • 1. We give sl. oil stand at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours (until soft)
  • 2. Add salt, almond flour and powdered sugar to the sifted flour.
  • 3. Mix the prepared mixture (it is possible in a mixer, but not necessarily) with oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained (well, that is, such a sand)
  • 4. Add yolks and vanilla seeds. (I highly recommend seeds, real vanilla, not vanilla sugar, that there is a chemical flavoring and cocoa in general) If the eggs are small and you see that the dough is not "tied", add another yolk)
  • 5. Knead the dough and wrap the dough in cling film and send it to the refrigerator overnight or for a day. (Don't neglect this!)
  • 6. Now you can roll out the dough and cut out the forms (I always roll out on baking paper, cover it with cling film on top and voila - the dough does not spill!
  • 7. Bake at a temperature of 160-170 degrees 15-20 minutes until light golden brown.
  • Perfect to taste exactly in combination with icing and mastic !!
  • But even without them, they are also very very tasty (and I'm not a fan of cookies!)
  • Unfortunately, I don't know the author of this wonderful recipe, but I'm insanely grateful to her (him) !!

And then it began. It did not become more elastic, oil began to beat off. All hands are fat, almost to the elbow. I experimented on a piece: I added a little flour - it began to crumble again. In general, I stuffed it into the refrigerator. I'll see what happens to the pastries for breakfast. Upset, of course.
