Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Egg 1 PC
Lean butter (baking margarine) 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Warm milk 180 ml
Poppy 3 tbsp. l.
Lean oil for coating
Honeysuckle
Cane sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the poppy to cover it, add 2 tsp. sugar and put in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power. When the time is up, close and leave in the microwave for an hour.
  • Put all the ingredients in the HP bucket, knead the dough using the "Dough" program, if you need to add milk. When the program is completed, take out the dough, roll out a rectangle, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle the middle third with brown sugar, fold it three times so that you get three layers, roll it out again into a rectangle, put honeysuckle berries along the length (you can also roll it around the rectangle), roll roll, cut into pieces 2 - 3 cm wide, sprinkle with brown sugar, put on proof for 30 minutes, bake at 180C for 30 minutes, it all depends on your oven.
  • I roll the dough in sunflower oil, due to this, the dough is, as it were, additionally coated with oil, which gives good results. crust and ruddy ...
