Ingredients

Pork belly (peritoneum) about 500 gr.
Young potato 9-10 pcs.
Spices for meat 1 tsp
Basil leaves pieces 10
Rosemary (fresh or dried) twig
Freshly ground pepper 0.5 tsp
Aromatic oil or any vegetable oil
Adyghe salt 1-2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp

  • True, I have it a little bit large .. I generally adore such small ones as peas! BUT .. what the uncle brought home delivery and thanks for that! We wash it well with a brush. We only take care of the skin - then it will be delicious ourselves!
  • Salko ... uuuu just sing it! Girls in the last recipe asked which one is better - I answer: ANY one is not very thin, just to put it on a skewer. Can salted, eseisenno SO! You can fresh - in the process we will salt!
  • So, attention TUSH - I have a fresh meat belly !!!
  • Lard and potatoes - our FSE (4 version of the shashlik)
  • We cut it in thickness, not thin, but not thick either - mediocre. About the size of a potato. Now marinate it - basil, favorite spices for meat, freshly ground pepper, rosemary and vegetable oil. There are no proportions - a matter of taste. Let's leave to marinate. So far, we are pouring salt only half of the norm!

  • We prepare the foil to the size of the shampoo or barbecue sticks so as to smell everything that we plant. Also a baking tray or baking sheet.
  • Before cooking, keep in mind that it takes time to bake to achieve a beautiful result and divine taste. Therefore, do not make your loved ones wait at the table. Cook 1-1.5 hours before serving. If you need it faster, then boil the potatoes slightly at first. But such an effect will not work, I assure you.
  • I cook in the oven. I heat it up to 240 degrees.
  • You can cook in the oven, on the grill, airfryer and charcoal, of course. The principle is the same.
  • Now we put on the kebab. First, divide the potatoes in half. We put on a skewer starting with lard. We don't just put on Salko, but cover the potatoes. We put it in foil so that the seam is on top - for the convenience of peeping at the result. To save foil, I made a sheet of foil for two shampoos.

  • Pour all the marinade and herbs on top. Sprinkle a little more oil. We smell the foil. You can also cover the top.

  • You don't need to disturb her for 30-40 minutes. Then we start to spy. When the softness you like the foil so with chic OPENING! Sprinkle the top with Adyghe salt and more oil. And now it's under the grill! Well, for 5-10 minutes - depending on the strength of the grill.
