Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar 200 gr.
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Butter or margarine 100 g + for lubrication
Sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp (pinch)
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Baking powder 1 tsp
Strawberry 200-300 gr.
Powdered sugar for dusting and dipping strawberries 100-200 gr.

Cooking method

  • Flour - 2 cups, egg - 2 pcs, granulated sugar - 200g, butter grows. - 5 tbsp. l., butter or margarine - 100g + for lubrication, sour cream - 5 tbsp. l., salt - 0.5 tsp. (pinch), vanilla sugar - 1 sachet, baking powder - 1 tsp, strawberries not large or in halves / quarters - 200-300g, icing sugar for sprinkling and dipping strawberries - 100-200g
  • We prepare all the ingredients, wash the strawberries and leave them in a colander so that the water is glass, beat the eggs with sugar and salt until white foam, add sour cream, the oil grows. and softened butter, and a bag of vanilla sugar, beat again (in the absence of a mixer, I beat with a blender, a whisk attachment), then sift the flour with baking powder into a suitable container and pour the whipped mass onto the flour, while mixing everything until smooth.
  • The dough should turn out like a good thick sour cream (2 glasses of flour turned out to be not enough for me, and I added another third of a glass).
  • Now you need to grease the bottom half of the Princess with butter (I think that nothing would stick without grease, but still greased it) and put all the dough into it, distributing it evenly over the entire area.
  • There is little left to do: we take each strawberry, dip it in powdered sugar and slightly sink it into the dough (I didn’t dip the strawberry so that the cake would not turn out sugary sweet, and I was not mistaken in this), close the Princess's lid, turn it on and leave it for 12-15 minutes, after the specified time has elapsed, we visually check at what stage of readiness our pie is. Depending on the roastiness of the top, we continue to bake under the lid for a few more minutes or turn it off and leave it in a preheated oven under the lid so that it is cooked.
  • Sprinkle the slightly cooled cake with icing sugar. The pie turned out to be soft, airy, though rather dry, but for tea it was just that. Bon Appetit!

And about the method recommended by the author, I immediately wrote that the author baked in a multicooker, but in this case it takes a lot more time, although of course, it turns out much higher, but the taste does not change from this and my husband and I were quite satisfied with the height of the cake from Princesa ... Try different options and choose the one you like the most.
