Philips HD9046. Honey white bread with corn flour in a bread maker

Ingredients

Liquid (water, milk, whey) cold 150 gr.
Egg C-0 from the refrigerator 1 PC.
Margarine from the fridge 60 gr.
Flour / s 330 gr.
Corn flour 20 gr.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Any honey 1 sec. l. with a slide
Yeast SAF-Instant 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe is based on my family's favorite Manin-Sonadora Kranz! Thank you Manechka - the recipe is superb for all time.
  • But now I have Filya! I adore him - he is my good boy and a hard worker. Let's give him this job.
  • Moreover, he has it great !!! turns out.
  • Put margarine in a deep plate. Be sure to cover with a microwave lid. We put the plate in the microwave for 11-15 seconds at START. But this is my micro mode - maybe you have a different one. Margarine smoothly settles into the plate, a small slide remains on top. We take out and pour in cold liquid. Best of all, of course, whey. But milk also behaves well. In extreme cases, water. We drive in an egg. Stir gently to equalize the temperature. Pour HP into a bucket, add salt and honey. There is sifted flour and yeast on top. Turn on the mode. Loaf weight 1000 gr. The crust mode is medium. With these settings, the crust will not be very dry, and the color is deliciously golden.

Cooking program:

SOFT BAKING № 5

Note

Very aromatic and delicious bread. Using corn flour gives the bread less crumbly and delicious color. Well sliced.

I also laid out the recipe in order not to forget how hot it was.

Irish, but this is "As a last resort - water." - this is a hint for me, right? And anyway, how do you know that I love honey bread? And with cornmeal? In short, this is what the doctor ordered me the recipe is mine !!! Only at the beginning I will brew that biscuit (which I am already terribly ready to make) from the recipe for stollen.
Thank you !!!

The recipe interested me very much, I will try, but the question arose about margarine: why exactly it, and not butter? How important is it to put margarine? I don't use this product for food, so I asked.

What a sunny bread! It will be necessary to bake for the buters in the morning

Irisha, thank you very much for evaluating the recipe! I use margarine only in matters of economy! Take oil of course!

Nikka, if you bake, then try not to take 20 grams of corn, but 40. And wheat flour, respectively, is 20 grams less. we are not yet so full!

Ira, thank you very much, today I made this bread, just a double portion, because they diminished almost half. I made a peach-apricot Kurd and we go for bread, we are bourgeois

I have a question that has been brewing for a couple of weeks now: what am I doing wrong, my bread is crumbling (not only this one is yours, but I also did it from other recipes from other people, both white and gray, that is, here I am I cant, although this has not happened before), I will be glad if you tell me. It seems like the main ingredients of the same production ... I bake not in a bread maker, in the oven - as usual.

I'm on the trail. Once I try to add apple cider vinegar, as they recommend using the link. Unfortunately, with sour cream, no way for me. And even crumbles (only the top crumbles), but still delicious, my daughter really liked it

Nikka, it's not me! I learned this myself here. I recently baked bread. Before that I was madly afraid of him! I baked in the oven for a year, and now I have acquired HP. Again, you can use juice - for example, sour apple juice. Try it! You will tell me later! If what I always fry crackers then - any unsuccessful bread goes away. Or cutlets!

Thanks, I'll try with juice too (I will experiment)
Irish, I am walking along your path: I was also madly afraid to bake bread, and yeast was even worse for me. Then I came across recipes for bread in the oven (I was firmly on my sick head that they didn't bake bread in the oven), and all because the bread in stores became not only completely disgraceful, but even in the recipe they write deception (we noticed this accidentally, but in many stores this practice turned out to be). And so I baked the first one - challah (not knowing that this is special bread) and off we go, with the site the bread maker was generally in a thrill. Now, if the bread runs out in the evening, it's already too lazy to go to the store, it's easier to put it on yourself.I think I'll ripen to a bread machine (unit).
Here is such sad the story of goodbye to ready-made store bread

I love you!
I bake this bread every other day for myself and every other day for my relatives and neighbors. shorter every day.
and already on the machine. realized that it is tastier and less crumbly if it is made from old kefir / sour cream or whey, diluted with water by about 50-60 grams. and it’s also good with some cheese water. in short, a little with acid.
for Fili, the proportions are ideal - the loaf pops out, but the shoulder blade remains. so I never take it out.
