Ingredients

apples sweet and sour or sour 4 things
sesame halva (tahini-peanut can be used) 300 g
milk 240 ml
zest of half a lemon
peeled pistachios (preferably unsalted) 20 g
sugar (not used) 1.5 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Another dessert - it is just in time for the first apples to ripen. The recipe from the "Gastronom" magazine attracted for a long time with its combination of bright tastes.
  • Preparing quickly and uncomplicated!
  • Peel the apples, remove the core - rub the pulp on a coarse grater.
  • I have an apple from last year's harvest - not juicy, so I grated it finely. Halva cream-souffle with apple
  • Grind halva in a blender.
  • Add milk and lemon zest, then chopped pistachios and stir. Spread the apple over the bottom of the baking dish. Pour a mixture of their halva over the apples. It covers the apple by 1.5-2 cm. Halva cream-souffle with apple
  • Bake at 200 * C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Decorate with coarsely chopped pistachios.
