Ingredients

Sour cream 200 g
Cucumber 4 medium
Cilantro small bundle
Green onion small bundle
Unrefined sunflower or olive oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sea salt taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Pink pepper taste
Cumin optional 2 pinches

Cooking method

  • It would seem that the task is how to enrich a simple cucumber salad with a new taste - all said and done a long time ago! And if you add unrefined oil to sour cream, and heat the herbs before refueling?
  • It turned out to be an interesting option - the dressing tastes a bit like mayonnaise.
  • Caraway gave brightness and piquancy to the taste, and the pink pepper, which is quite mild and easy to gnaw, added unexpected explosive taste sensations, occasionally meeting among juicy, cut into pieces, cucumbers. This is how we achieve a feeling of freshness and lightness!
  • Preparation
  • - Finely chop the onion and part of the cilantro, pour over with salt. Let stand for 5 minutes and turn into a paste.
  • - Mix the green pasta with sour cream, season with black pepper and mix with butter.
  • - Peel the cucumbers fragmentarily from the skin with a "housekeeper", cut into medium pieces or round pieces and pour over the sauce and garnish with cilantro leaves.
  • - Serve with meat, fish or chicken.

Note

Don't like cilantro, replace it with parsley! Don't like onions, replace with garlic!
