Boiled water (cold) 100 ml

Natural yoghurt 330 g
Soft cottage cheese (0%) 180 g
Cream 35% 300 g
Jelly:
Mango juice (with pulp and sugar) 250 ml
Gelatin 6 g
Boiled water (cold) 50 ml

Cooking method

  • This cake is perfect for making it in the summer. Suitable for both family tea drinking and a festive table. Very light, airy with juicy fresh nectarines. In addition, you don't need to bake it, which is also a plus, you don't need to turn on the oven. Preparing is not difficult at all - preparation and solidification will take more time.
  • Gelatin can be soaked in advance and while it swells, prepare a detachable mold (I have a diameter of 26 cm). Cover the bottom with parchment, grease the sides with vegetable oil

  • Put cookies, butter in a blender bowl and grind until smooth. Distribute the resulting mass over the bottom of the mold, tamping well with your hand or the bottom of the glass
