  • Therefore, I minimized the whole process of preparation and composition, especially since neither the taste nor the consistency was affected by this, it turns out a gorgeous creamy ice cream) This is my basic ice cream, and then everything depends on the flight of imagination. As fillers, I use all kinds of nuts, almonds, Snickers, M & M's, KitKat, Milka, cookies, while getting a variety of flavor notes.

  • The Oreo cookie has become the best-selling and most popular cookie in the United States since its release in 1912.   • Preparation:
  • 1. Beat cream 35% with a mixer until stable peaks, gradually adding cream of lower fat content.
  • 2. Add vanilla extract.
  • 3. Gently add the condensed milk, mix well at low speed until smooth.
  • 4. Transfer to an ice cream maker and switch on the Cooking program for 60 minutes, if necessary, you can add time during the cooking process.
  • 5. Grind the cookies into not too small pieces, you can use the grinder by hand. I do this in Thermomix.
  • 6. Add cookies to ice cream 5-10 minutes before the end of the program.
  • 7. Transfer the ice cream to plastic cups, put it in the freezer, stick the sticks in an hour later and leave in the freezer to solidify and ripen completely.
  • 8. Hold the finished ice cream in a glass under warm water for half a minute, carefully remove it and enjoy this unique taste)))
