Zucchini spaghetti

Ingredients

zucchini young small 2 pieces
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
garlic 3 teeth
basil 10 leaves
any nuts 100g
lemon juice 1.5 tbsp. spoons
salt 1 tsp
Sweet pepper 0.5 pieces
large tomato 1 piece

Cooking method

  • Lightly fry the nuts, cool.
  • Grind to leave small pieces.
  • Chop basil, lemon juice, oil and garlic with a blender. If very thick, then add a little boiled water.
  • Grate the zucchini on a carrot grater in Korean or, like me, a spiromaniac.
  • Salt. Let stand for a few minutes. Drain the liquid.
  • Cut the tomato and pepper into cubes and mix with the dressing.
  • Add nuts.
  • Mix the dressing and zucchini.
  • Serve immediately.
