Ingredients

Zucchini 15-17 cm 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut off the ends of the zucchini, remove the pulp from the middle so that you get a tube. (You can add salt inside and let the resulting juice drain).

Note

I must say that the zucchini thing is not so gross! For some reason, if you bake it in pieces, then it bakes almost instantly. But if entirely with a skin ... even a very young one. And especially in foil ...
I have already come across this, so here I fried it in a pan in advance.
For those who do not want to fry one more time, you can probably steam it a little before baking! Although here it is not necessary that the zucchini is completely cooked. When it has a little "cheese", it keeps its shape more beautiful and it is more convenient to eat.
By the way, Ira, did you serve it hot? When cooled, the structure becomes stronger and better cut.
