Ingredients

Walnuts 70 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 150 g
Milk 500 ml
Cream 35% 100 g
Gelatin 12 g
Boiled water (cold) 75 ml
Vanillin pinch
Topping optional

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in cold water and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then melt in a convenient way - I put it in the microwave for 40 seconds at a power of 750 watts.
  • While the gelatin swells, divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Put the proteins in the refrigerator. Beat the yolks with sugar, then add 50 ml of milk and mix.
  • Heat the remaining 450 ml of milk, but do not boil it, I heated it on the "Multipovar" in a multicooker up to 65 degrees. Gradually add the yolk-sugar mixture to the milk, stirring with a whisk Nut-butter cream dessert... Turn off the multicooker or stove. Pour the resulting mixture into another container and put to cool. When the gelatin is melted, combine with the milk-egg mixture and set aside Nut-butter cream dessert.
  • Grind the nuts to a very fine state with a blender.
