Note

Minced meat can be made from any meat. I have pork and chicken meatballs in the photo. Also tasty, but better with beef (for my taste).

And we call it "lazy" stuffed cabbage. Delicious. I just fry and stew.Inessa, thank you for reminding.
inka_kot
ang-kay, fry for a long time. I'm from the squad of lazy people. )))) And so quickly, and lighter meatballs are obtained.
IvaNova
Thank you!
Frying is not only long, but also unhealthy)) The recipe attracted attention precisely by steam processing meatballs. My cartoon is not a pressure cooker, so I made adjustments - after steaming, I put the meatballs in a thick-walled pan, covered it with a chopped mixture of vegetables (onions + carrots + bell peppers + blanched tomato without skin), filled it with water and sent it to the oven for 40 minutes. Mayonnaise in the recipe was replaced with sour cream.
The meatballs are dietary. The juiciness is retained even after warming up.
The recipe went on permanently as tasty, easy to prepare and healthy.
The only drawback is the small capacity of the multicooker steamer. I made half portion (for two of us just right). If you do a full layout, then, probably, either steam it twice, or do it in a full-fledged double boiler.
inka_kot
IvaNova, I did that before. First in a double boiler, and then put it in a saucepan and either in the oven or just on the stove. With the purchase of a pressure cooker, braising is quick and easy.
And about frying - I like steam ones more, because less fat is obtained. Well, less troubles.

I am very glad that the recipe was useful to you. In our family, it is also constant and light.

Indeed, thank you very much for the reminder of the lovely sloths.
Only my mother, and then I didn’t even fried, molded balls, put them in a goose-bowl, poured gravy and stewed in the oven, now of course - a slow cooker!
Thank you !!!
inka_kot
lu_estradaif steamed, they are denser. And the juiciness remains inside.
Lenochka
Hello :) And I have frozen meatballs! Do you think the procedure is the same? Thank you
kavmins
Lenochka, but I would generally rule out a couple, immediately pour frozen tomatoes and put them on to simmer, and the time depends on what kind of multicooker you have
Lenochka
Oh, thanks for the quick reply! 🌹 I have fields 0305😍
inka_kot
Lenochkafrozen, I would also immediately put it in a pressure cooker. No steamer.
Lenochka
