Pea soup with fried turkey in a multicooker Steba DD2

Ingredients

Turkey (drumstick or thigh, boneless) 350-400g
Bulb onions 2 average
Carrot 1 average
Potatoes 2 average
Split yellow peas 2 mstk.
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) taste
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Except for roasting turkey, this soup is prepared in one tab. I do not like to hang around the multicooker, waiting for one to cook and steam descend, then lay something else and again wait-wait-wait ...
  • Therefore, everything is simple for me:
  • Rinse the meat and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Pour oil into a Teflon saucepan and turn on the Fry for 15 minutes. While waiting for the heating signal, quickly cut the turkey. I cut into pieces a little over half the size of a matchbox. At the signal, we throw the meat into the pan and, stirring occasionally, fry for 10 minutes. During this time, the turkey has time to brown properly. In the meantime, we clean and cut the onion.
  • When 5 minutes remain on the scoreboard, add the onion to the meat and fry the remaining time. Everything will brown perfectly:

  • During these 5 minutes we clean and cut carrots, potatoes and thoroughly rinse the peas.
  • At the end of frying, put everything that has been soaped and cut into the pan and pour boiling water up to the 3-liter mark. DO NOT DRAIN! We close the multicooker with a lid and set the Soup mode, pressure 0.7 for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, I let the soup stand for 20 minutes and slowly relieved the pressure.
  • Now add salt to your liking, pepper if necessary and add herbs. It is better to remove the pan from the multicooker so that the peas do not ferment.
  • That's it, the soup is ready!

  • During cooking, the turkey has not lost its fried crust, but it literally melts in the mouth.

  • And the peas boiled beautifully, but did not fall apart in the puree. The potatoes are also soft, but whole:

  • The soup turned out to be very pleasant. Low-fat, with a mild, slightly sweet taste of quality peas and the aroma of roasted turkey.
  • Highly recommend!
  • Bon appetit to you all!

The dish is designed for

3 liters

Cooking program:

Frying, Soup

Note

The soup turned out to be of medium thickness, but if you want thicker and more adventurous, then take 500 g of turkey, and 2.5 multi-cups of peas (from Shteba, of course).

You can also add smoked meats to the frying, but I did not do this, the fried turkey was enough for me.

Lenusik, a beautiful soup! Appetizing photos!
I keep looking at this staff, reading ... but is there any point in pressure cookers? All the same, with the pressure, the same time comes out as for me, while it is typed, while it goes down. I cook this soup for an hour in a regular cartoon. Or is it tastier with pressure?
Umka
Ella, I just don't have and haven't had a magic pot yet ... Let's see what Elena will answer your question. I will also wait for an answer from her.
Mikhaska
Such a charm, this Lenucha! Just some horror! Such a soup, for a turkey, I would never have come up with to cook. Ah, here - you with your beauty and smells, from which the belly demands a couple of plates! So, I knew that I would be envious, but no! Flooded to you in the subject again!
Elena Tim
VipVovan, Yulechka, Lyudmila, Ellochka, thank you very much for stopping by for the soup!
I am very pleased with your praises!

Sobsno, yes, with Shteba, time is not particularly saved. Well, unless the pressure itself begins to bleed off early, then, yes, it will be faster. And it takes 7 minutes, no more, but I always pour boiling water, with it it turns out faster. But if everything suits you in your cartoon, then don't bother. As for "under pressure - tastier" ... God knows ... on a simple stove, in an ordinary saucepan, it was also delicious.

I just don't have and haven't had a magic pot at all ... Let's see what Elena will answer your question. I will also wait for an answer from her.
Lyudochka, my answer, as always, is as objective as possible: before the appearance of all these wonderful pots and mega-super-super-pans, we did a great job with any dishes, right? And they cooked just as well.
But there is one BAAALSHOY "BUT": a slow cooker (and we have Shteba - a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, a slow cooker, and a miracle oven in one bottle) greatly contributes to the appearance of free time - he threw everything into it, said "a pot, cook" and off about his business. And with an ordinary saucepan on the stove, is anything like this possible? Yes, not in life! Take the same soup: if I put everything in at once, like in a slow cooker, then by the time the peas are cooked, only dust will remain from the carrots and potatoes. So, you need to be around all the time and in order of priority all the time to throw something into the saucepan, pralna? And in the Shtebe everything is always whole. Moreover, not only shapeless pieces of potatoes are preserved, but it remains even and smooth, as it was cut. And the peas are perfectly cooked. God only knows how Shteba does it.
And take at least the same porridge, for example, we are terribly respected pea with fried onions, which, if it does not run away, will burn like a dog. Yes, and spits all the time! Or remember dairy rice, which just strives to wash out of the pan while this rice is boiled there for half an hour, so you have to stand next to it like glued and, sweating, stir it all the time - as I remember, I will shudder.
So nothing ever escapes from Shteba, YOU! I threw everything I needed into it, turned it on and go, dear, a movie sari.
So people have to think about whether they need Shteba ... I haven't thought about it for a long time, I'm just obsessed with her.
And although with the help of an ordinary gas stove and a good oven I can cook at least a bald devil so that you lick your fingers, but take Steba from me - I have enough kondraska!

It's good that you are awake! Listen, druhh, be a druh to the end, give me, pliz, a pendulum, ah! I have so many things to do, and I sit, making a writer out of myself!
Tomorrow I’m going to visit, and I’m not a manicurist yet, not a pedicure! Kick-ass! They'll kick me out of the street!
I only managed to bake a puff pastry with mutton (oh, I feel, I have a cabbage soup outside the door, in the entrance, the neighbors are standing with sticks, waiting for me to go out, to knock on my head - I’m all over the house here with a dumba and zira!), Tomorrow I'll take him with me - to fatten up thin girlfriends to my size, otherwise I won't even see them on my background!
Mikhaska
And it's good not to see it! Girlfriends - that! And, nafikha you friends who will overshadow you ??? !!! Friends should be started according to the principle: the worse, the sweeter. I mean - for friendship. And you, so that, among them - a star-ah-ah-ah! And, I won't give you a pendel, because of my clumsy legs. Yes, and your butt to me zhaaalko somehow ... so shaaa ... Itself, my mother ... Itself ...
Elena Tim
Eh ... so I'll stay here to live ...
Wait, I saw Lorikin's "clearing", so finally the last dream vanished.

It's good that she already bought it ... Otherwise, the market for digital cameras would collapse, well, as usual, there with bags, mops and everything that Timka falls for .. Now turkey and peas will fall into the category of scarce-demanded goods.

Flax, class soup!
Mikhaska
In, and Nina thinks your soup will now collapse the Russian food market, I'm lazy!
Elena Tim
Oh, sorry, girls, I was late, I was a guest, I barely crawled to the house, having been devoured.

What the TS ordered. Surprisingly, you don't need to soak peas, 15 minutes and it's ready. Very simple, tasty, satisfying and healthy. Thanks for the recipe!

Wow! What photos!
Talir, to your health!
And choyt ... choyto there on the last photo, crackers, or what, served with soup?
What a great idea! I will definitely use it!
Thank you very much for the photo report! I am very pleased that you liked the soup!
Umka
Good day, Dear Elena Almazovna !!! In the first lines of my letter ...
Listen, Lenochka, here is what akaziya ... you buy a turkey from which manufacturer ??? I took Eurodon and Krasnobor, when I cooked soup according to your recipe, the turkey did not turn out so beautiful. These Herods turn out to be and the turkey meat began to be pricked with some kind of garbage, that when frying it does not begin to fry, but is stewed ... I took the meat both times in branded packages. Hotsu is the same color of meat as tebe
Hand over a turkey meat manufacturer
But even without the beautiful turkey color scheme, the soup is extremely delicious !!! THANKS for the recipe !!!
Elena Tim
Lud, for a hundred years I have been buying a turkey from the producer "Indolin". She, thu-thu-thu, is never wet and starts frying literally right away.
I am very glad that you liked the soup!
But with fried turkey, of course, it turns out better than with stew. If you get caught, take Indoline, you won't go wrong. At least she has never let me down.
Umka
Thank you !!! Boom to look for Indoline !!!
svetlana--
Elena Tim, I became the owner of this wonderful multicooker and I made the first soup according to your recipe. Fast, tasty, I can't even believe that peas can be cooked in 15 minutes. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Svetlana, congratulations on your wonderful helper and the first successful preparation!
I am very pleased that you liked the recipe.
I wish you to continue to be friends with Shtebochka, she is cool!

Now it became interesting, why can't you immediately salt? Only after cooking?
Elena Tim
Olga, it is believed that legumes, and cereals in general, boil worse in salt water.
But on common thought, I came to the conclusion that everything depends not only on salt, but also on the peas themselves. I usually buy peas of the "Pure Groats" brand, and so, having once again bought this brand and cooked soup, I opened the cartoon and did not find the peas in the pan - it stupidly dissolved. Therefore, when I again began to cook from this pack, I set the time not 15, but 10 minutes and salted immediately (so as not to let the peas turn into dust). Well, I got a soup, as in the picture here - transparent broth and soft, but not boiled peas.

By the way, with fried beef it turned out great too.

I didn't know about it, thanks. In my head, peas always boil well. But with beans you have to try.
I cooked soup yesterday, my children love pea soup. With roasted turkey, the taste is excellent, and there is no need to add harmful smoked meats.
Thank you, Elena, I'll go and look at your recipes.

As for salt, I once heard on TV that it is recommended to salt it after cooking, because in this case the dish takes less salt, and, accordingly, it turns out to be more useful. Well, yesterday I tried it on this soup, indeed, less salt went into the finished one ... I must probably switch to this method.
Elena Tim
Olga, to your health!

Exactly! It turns out even tastier - a slightly sweet taste from peas.
Kras-Vlas
Elena Tim, Helen! I cooked the soup exactly according to the recipe, and even salted it after cooking. It turned out very tasty, everything is how I like it - the peas are boiled, the fried turkey with potatoes in the soup is floating - delicious!
Thank you in your heart in a stomach warm and pleasant, and I'm all so kind.
Podmosvichka
Lenusik, thanks for the turkey roast idea
Toka was thinking about pea soup today, they were teasing on TV with soup with smoked meats.
I will alter it a bit for myself, there are more peas, without potatoes and carrots.
For the color of turmeric I will throw, and instead of smoked meats there will be smoked paprika
As a special tell me, if you do without root crops, then take 3 mstk peas?

Olenka, thank you! I am so pleased that you liked it! Bite to health!
I'm straight and I love this soup myself. By the way, for a change, I highly recommend adding, next time, a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste to the fry - soooo soup turns out, just class. Plays with completely different "colors". I alternately cook white and red.

Podmosvichka, Lenusik, to your health!
Yes, if without potatoes-markos, then I would also add at least three cartoon glasses of peas. I hope (yes, sobsno, I do not doubt a single gram) that everything will turn out great for you.
Podmosvichka
Thank you, I will try to justify the trust

Lenusenka, thank you for the recipe! Such yummy, you will lose your mind! She cooked the truth with smoked ribs, sprinkled the finished soup with crispy bread crumbs.
Why haven't I cooked it before !?
Elena Tim
Why did you write so tasty ?! I want your soup too.

Helen, to your health, dear! I am very pleased that you liked it.
