Ingredients

cottage cheese 500 grams
Whole grain semolina 1/2 cup
Kefir 1 glass
Eggs 3-4 pieces
salt pinch
dried fruits 50 grams
baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Pour semolina (or optionally 50:50 semolina and oat bran) with kefir, leave for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
  • Cottage cheese (I have 400 grams of pressed and 100 grams of soft) and beat the yolks a little, add salt.
  • Add dried fruits if desired (in the original recipe, instead of dried fruits, 1/2 cup sugar).
  • Put swollen semolina, baking powder.
  • Beat the whites into a strong foam. Gently add to the curd mass.
  • Grease the bowl with vegetable oil, pour out the mass.
  • Baking mode 50 minutes. Don `t open !
  • Leave on the "Heating" mode for another 1 hour.Don `t open.
  • Turn off. Wait another 15 minutes.
  • Now you can open it. If desired, you can bake a little on the other side.
  • Of all the casseroles cooked earlier, I consider this method the most successful.
