After studying the issue of evacuating products, I came to the conclusion that for me the best option is vacuuming in the most common glass jars with VACS lids. And marinating - in a vacuum marinator.

The result has exceeded all expectations!

Pickled foods are much tastier. The only problem is that the marinating process, as a rule, takes several hours, and this is not very convenient. To solve this problem, a new household appliance was invented - the 9 Minute Marinator, which allows you to marinate a wide variety of products in just 9 minutes.
The principle of operation of the device "9 minutes marinator" is based on the ability of the vacuum to soften the fibers of the products ("expand the pores"), promoting better penetration of the marinade into them. When the vacuum is removed, the "pores tighten", sealing the marinade inside the ingredients. The automatic rotation of the container for 9 minutes helps to marinate even large pieces of meat or poultry evenly. Thanks to the airless space inside the container, food stays fresh and juicy for longer.
The device consists of a capacious container and a power unit with rotating castors for fast and high-quality mixing of ingredients. The removable ribbed insert inside the container gently pounds the meat, making it softer, and helps to better mix the loaded food and distribute the marinade. To evacuate air from the container, a special pump handle is provided, which is inserted into the container lid.
In addition, the kit includes a brochure with instructions for use and more than 20 recipes for available dishes from around the world (from Japan to Latin America), specially designed for the marinator. Feel free to experiment, take them as a basis and improvise, creating your culinary masterpieces.

9 Minute Marinator Benefits of the 9 Minute Marinator:

promotes more effective impregnation of the components with marinade, sauce or spices;

More than satisfied with the result!
And no expensive packages are needed.
In my opinion, they are relevant only for sous vide cooking.

So I read, read topics about vacuum sealers and was given a wonder that the marinator was undeservedly forgotten. Although we have an extensive topic on the forum about him, and recipes. And, unfortunately, that topic has been silent for a long time. The marinator has been living with me for 5-6 years, I don’t remember exactly, it’s not expensive, it works great! Cabbage, mushrooms, cucumbers, marinated zucchini in it for 2 cycles of 9 minutes - much faster than in vacuum bags)). I twist the meat for barbecue for 3 cycles - 27 min. Always perfect results! Consumables are not needed, dances with tambourines too)). Of course, you can't pack food for them either for storage or for sous vide, but for pickling - super!

I also have a barbecue in the marinator marina.But I have it for 8 years, the plastic is beginning to slowly fall apart. The ears have already fallen off from the plate with thorns, and it itself has almost collapsed, the crack along it is half the length already. But while the marinator is in service.
