Ingredients

Black chocolate no more than 65% 100-150 g
Ice cream (or sweet cheese with cream) 100 g
Raspberry handful
Mint 2 twigs
Chocolate sauce taste

Cooking method

  • On hot days, light desserts are especially popular and in demand. We bring to your attention a chocolate dessert with ice cream (butter cream), raspberries and chocolate. This combination is just perfect, especially if you add a few mint leaves to the dessert. In addition, having a few pre-prepared plates of chocolate and ice cream in the freezer, you will not overexert yourself when hosting guests on a hot summer evening. Berries can be selected according to the season. But chocolate and raspberries for me are the most wonderful combination in the world.
  • Preparation
  • - We will prepare our chocolate plates that imitate cakes in advance. To do this, we cut the blanks of the required size from high-quality baking paper, I have about 11x8 cm. Then we take the chocolate and melt it in a water bath with a few drops of cream, stirring constantly.
  • - We put paper blanks on a silicone mat or board so as not to stain the table. Keeping the chocolate warm, we spread the melted chocolate on our blanks with a thin layer of a spatula; with a silicone brush, I did it much worse. We send the smeared plates to cool in the refrigerator. It is better to put it in the freezer for a few minutes right on the board.

  • - To fill the milfey, you can use prepared and frozen balls of ice cream (butter cream), which I shape with a carving spoon with a diameter of 3 cm.
  • - The assembly of the milfey is carried out immediately on the plate on which you will serve your dessert. Put the chocolate crust on the dish. We spread balls and large raspberries around the perimeter in a checkerboard pattern and in such a way that the dessert looks beautiful from the side.
  • - To prevent raspberries and balls from fidgeting, dip them in chocolate sauce and put them on a chocolate cake. Cover the top with the next cake, carefully removed from the paper, and spread the next layer of balls and raspberries in the same way.
  • The ice cream balls and raspberries should be stacked on top of each other to prevent the chocolate cakes from floating away.
  • Chocolate milfey with ice cream and raspberries
  • - Set the third layer on top, decorate it with raspberries, not forgetting to dip the berries in the sauce, pour the chocolate sauce on top and add the sprigs and mint leaves.
  • In my opinion, you should not use the bitter chocolate in this dessert, it is better to take somewhere around 60%.

Note

Ice cream balls can be made in advance and kept in the freezer.
Balls can be made from quality mascarpone or soft cheese, lightly diluted with heavy cream or heavy sour cream with a small amount of powdered sugar.
But I find mascarpone sweet, so I add just a little vanilla sugar.

I mix cream, cocoa a couple of spoons, sl. butter and granulated sugar, prosprevayuv three receptions in a micron, between the receptions, stir actively with a whisk, do not bring to a boil! Or just break the chocolate (half a bar per 100 g) and add five tablespoons of table cream to it, heat it up in a micron and stir. If thick, add cream, if liquid, then chocolate.
