Pasta with minced meat and eggplant in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Pasta 300 gr.
Minced meat 300 gr.
Eggplant 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Tomato 1 PC.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Tomato paste 1 pack.
Parmesan taste

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion, cut the tomato into two slices and cut the stalk, pour vegetable oil into the multicooker container, set the frying program for 40 minutes and add chopped onion and tomato. Simultaneously with this, put the pasta to cook, it is advisable to calculate so that the pasta is cooked in 30 minutes.
  • After the onion is lightly fried, add minced meat and fry until half cooked, salt to taste and add seasonings (ground pepper, curry, cumin, coriander can be used).
  • Cut the eggplant into small 1 cm cubes and add tomato paste to the minced meat. fry for 15-20 minutes. At the end, add the garlic, it can be squeezed or cut into slices, then add the pasta, mix and let fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • On a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan on top.
  • Instead of the frying program, you can use a multi-cook, fry the onions at 160 °, then cook at 120 °.
