    Preparation
  • - Bring sugar and lime juice to a boil with water and boil for 2 minutes until it is completely dissolved. Turn off, add rose petals and white tea. We insist until it cools completely.
  • - We filter the tea well through a sieve, squeezing the tea leaves. We place the prepared broth in a container and send it to the freezer.
  • - As soon as the broth begins to freeze throughout its depth, after about 40 minutes, we take out the mixture, add fresh and washed rose petals, whipped until soft protein peaks and with a foot from the blender process the whole mass until smooth. After that, put the mixture back into the freezer.
  • - After about 40 minutes - repeat the whipping for one hour and send the mixture to the freezer until completely frozen.
  • - Before serving, take the sorbet out of the freezer and let it stand at room temperature. Then we form a ball with a special ice cream spoon and serve in a bowl or glass, decorating with fresh rose flowers.
