Puff pastry tarts with carrots, honey and rosemary

Ingredients

carrots (young) 7-8 pcs
puff pastry 1 pack
rosemary 7 twigs
honey 8 tsp
butter 30 g
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Wash the carrots and cut into slices.
  • Pour water into the multicooker, put 4 sprigs of rosemary and turn on the steam program.
  • After boiling water, place the carrots in a double boiler and steam for 5-8 minutes.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut out several circles with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the molds.
  • Put a piece of butter and 1-1.5 tsp in each mold. honey.
  • Then spread out the carrots, salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary.
  • Cover the top of the carrots with the dough and tuck the edges of the dough into the mold.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • When done, turn the molds over, let cool slightly and serve.
