Yoghurt ice cream with kozinaki

Ingredients

greek yogurt 500 ml
sugar 200 g
sesame 100 g
butter 1 tsp
powdered sugar 50 g

Cooking method

  • Ice cream yoghurt is a summertime entertainment. We have an almost dietary option - it does not threaten our waist with anything.
  • Only yogurt must be fatty!
  • Mix sugar with yogurt and prepare ice cream in the freezer (at least 4 hours) or ice cream maker.
  • While it is being prepared, we will make kozinaki.
  • Pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, sprinkle with water and boil the caramel. Add sesame seeds and stir. On a silicone mat greased with butter, pour the caramel mass and quickly spread it in a thin layer. Yoghurt ice cream with kozinaki
  • When the caramel has cooled slightly, cut it, marking rectangles, so that later it is easy to break.
