Ingredients

premium wheat flour 350g + 1st l
semolina 50gr
eggs 2 pcs
milk (I have whey) 100ml
sugar 3-4st l
butter 40gr
mustard oil (vegetable) 1st l
salt 0.5h l
yeast 1.5h l
vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs in a food processor with a whisk until fluffy, add sugar and beat more.
  • I added warm milk, soft butter, mustard oil, salt, vanilla sugar, flour, semolina and yeast to the bowl of eggs.
  • The whisk changed the dough hook and turned on the kneading at the minimum speed, about 15 minutes. The dough seemed a little liquid to me, I added 1 tbsp of flour (you don't need to add). But the dough is soft, smears on the bottom of the bowl, this is normal (you can stop the processor and collect the dough with a spatula in the center of the bowl), at the end of cooking it will be different.
  • I left the dough to rest for 30 minutes, then turned on the kneading for another 15 minutes, at 1 speed.
  • After 40-50 minutes, I took the dough out of the bowl, kneaded it, divided it into pieces, rolled the balls and put it in the multicooker bowl. Has included the program "bread" for 2 hours. The first hour of the program is 35 °, the second hour is 120 °.
  • I forgot to take a picture of the balls before proofing, after 30 minutes on the program, the dough has increased in volume.

  • She rolled the dough thinly into a circle, cut it into 8 pieces, rolled the bagels and put them in a warm Princess pizza maker for 40 minutes and then baked for 10 minutes.

  • After the end of the program, the bread in a slow cooker, I took out the bowl, put it in the airfryer and slightly browned the top, about 5 minutes.

Note

I liked baking bread on the program, only the bottom crust turned out to be thick, it was necessary to turn off the program for 10-15 minutes earlier. But I got it and the bagels burned a little too
For butter, sweet dough, it is enough to set the bread program for 1 hour 45 minutes, or 1 hour 50 minutes.
