Ingredients

cranberry juice 20 ml
orange liqueur 30 ml
lemon juice 10 ml
vodka 40 ml
gelatin 5 g
2nd option - wine
bourbon 50 ml
red vermouth 40 ml
gelatin 5 g

Cooking method

  • Evening is cocktail time.

  • Pour cranberry and lemon juices, orange liqueur (I have Cointreau) and vodka into a saucepan. Add gelatin and put on medium heat.
  • Stir constantly, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • Pour the liquid into a freezing dish, cool and put in the refrigerator. It is good to add different berries to the jelly molds. Raspberries look very beautiful in jelly.

  • After 3-4 hours, cocktail jelly can be taken out of the mold and served in glasses, bowls, decorated with mint.
