Sweet pizza (Pizza Dolce)

Ingredients

Pizza dough 150-250 g
Mascarpone 150 g
Cream or non-acidic sour cream 150 g
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Lemon juice when using cream 1 tsp
Strawberries or raspberries and wild berries 1.5 cups
Mint for garnish and pine nuts (almond petals)
Chocolate sauce 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Try to turn on your imagination and imagine a Mediterranean town on the very seashore with its beautiful embankment, well-groomed flower beds and an obligatory attribute - a seaside restaurant on the coast, in the menu of which there are sure to be several options for pizza. As a rule, it is pizza that vacationers have a snack at lunchtime, because the main restaurants have not yet opened.
  • Pizza can be different: from thin Italian, to thick and fluffy, in the American style. There are no rules for what exactly to put on pizza, and in what proportion. If this is not a classic recipe, then you can give free rein to your imagination. But there are some ingredients that are very often spread on pizza after baking. In particular, onion rings, fatty salami or arugula. There is such a thing as Pizza Dolce - it uses the classic savory pizza dough, but when filling pizza, you can and should use your imagination.
  • In summer, the selection of fruits is large, so we will prepare sweet pizza from what is at hand.
  • I made the pizza dough according to Lenochka's recipe-Akimell Pizza: 2 options - for my husband and meand I really liked it. Despite the fact that it is almost classic, but it went well for sweet pizza.
  • Preparation
  • - For one pizza, take half of the above recipe. We bake the base in the usual way and cool.
  • - For the cream, whisk the cream until a thick consistency and mix with the mascarpone, add a little lemon juice and a drop of zest to the cream and mix. (You can replace the cream with non-acidic sour cream, in my opinion it is even tastier.)
  • - Spread the cream on the base with a thin even layer and spread your favorite fruits or berries in a chaotic manner. Be sure to cut large fruit into halves or quarters.
  • - Pour the pizza with chocolate sauce (I have it ready), decorate with mint and serve as a dessert.

Note

The taste depends very much on the quality of the mascarpone - Italian, of course, "rules" here.

Everything is horribly simple - I pour all the kefir obtained in the dairy kitchen, even the expired one, into the multi bowl and set the multi cook at 40 degrees Celsius. Since two liters of liquid come out, I put it for three to four hours (I think a smaller volume takes less time). I filter it out, as usual - through cheesecloth or just through a sieve. And that's all. Kefir, unloved by the grandson, turns into adorable cottage cheese. Plus serum.
Temperature is key. Not more than forty.
