Ingredients

Live yeast 17-20 gr.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Warm water 650 gr.
Filling:

Cooking method

  • Pies melt in your mouth, delicious to disgrace.
  • Filling: mashed potatoes, Adyghe cheese and homemade feta cheese in equal amounts.
  • I use Jamie Oliver's "pizza" yeast dough for my pies. I always have it in the fridge:
  • "1 kg of class 00 bread flour or 800 g of 00 class bread flour and 200 g of semolino flour
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 bags of 7 g dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 650 ml warm water
  • Sift flour and salt onto a smooth surface. Make a notch in the middle. In a mug, mix warm water, sugar, yeast and olive oil. Leave it on for a few minutes. Pour slowly into the groove in the flour, using a fork to stir in the flour from the edges. Once everything starts mixing, finish mixing with clean, flour-dusted hands. Knead until you learn a smooth, springy dough. Place the ball of dough in a large, floured bowl, sprinkle it lightly with flour and cover with a damp towel and place in a warm place to double. "
  • I took premium flour and very fine semolina, sifted through a sieve. I took live yeast. About 17-20 gr. and kneaded in a Bosch MUM 86 combine.

Tomorrow I'll try to make a pizza from this dough. She baked the first from the cold stove for 15 minutes, the rest for 11 minutes. She put baking paper down and when she turned it over, the cake swelled so much (just like a chapatka), I had to cover it with baking paper from the top so that it wouldn't burn. The couple made a hole for the exit. I liked the Princesca, I bought it for a reason.
