Ingredients

Egg yolks 4 pieces
Condensed milk 1 can
Alcohol 95% 100 ml
Instant coffee 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • What have I prepared for you! This is an alcoholic dessert that is eaten with a spoon (or spoons). I found the recipe long ago on the Internet. One lady described how she was treated to such a honey in a Lithuanian farm.
  • It’s very cold at home, I’m freezing all day. By the evening I remembered this recipe, I decided to cook it for sugreva.
  • Everything is very simple.
  • Beat yolks with condensed milk.
  • Dissolve coffee as thoroughly as possible in alcohol. You can first dilute coffee with a small amount of water, because it dissolves very poorly in alcohol. You can do without coffee altogether.
  • Pour the coffee solution into the egg-milk mixture and mix very well.
  • All. You can use it. But it is better to put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, the honey will thicken even more.

Note

The thickness of the dessert depends on the density of the condensed milk. You can also cook it with vodka, but then you will end up with liquid honey and not so strong. But it will be drinkable. Well, you can leave it to brew for a day so that the smell of alcohol disappears.
I usually make half a portion, because I alone drink alcohol in the house, a full portion is a lot.
