sugar 130 g
sour cream 25-30% fat 200 g
salt pinch

vanillin 1 g
wheat flour of the highest or 1 grade about 225 g

  • Remove pits from cherries (30 pieces) and apricots (6 pieces). Cut the apricots - each half into 4 pieces. And gently mix into the dough.

  • It is better to choose a flatter form (for example, for this volume of dough, at least 25 cm in diameter), since the fruits are heavy, and a thick layer of dough will not bake ... Grease with oil, and if it is not non-stick, then still sprinkle with semolina.
