Ingredients

White cabbage 1 kg
Sweet pepper 1 pc (about 30 gr)
bulb onions 1 pc (about 50 gr)
mustard (ready-made) 1 tsp
sugar 70 g
salt 10 g
vinegar 9% 50 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Cooking. Everything is done quickly, easily and simply. Shred cabbage, grind a little, but not much. Add onion cut into half rings and pepper strips to the cabbage. For brightness, you can use a red onion, but pepper will do any color - I only had green in stock. Fill the cabbage with marinade and leave at room temperature for a day.
  • Marinade: mix vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and sugar and boil until salt and sugar dissolve (this is about three minutes). Remove from heat, immediately stir in the mustard and pour the marinade over the cabbage.
  • Bon Appetit!

For those who are afraid of the amount of vinegar, it is better not to try it right away, it feels too much, the next day the taste will change significantly and you can enjoy delicious cabbage. have not checked any longer.
