Garlic croutons in the microwave

Ingredients

Any bread 2 pieces
sunflower oil 1 st. l.
garlic 1 lobule
water 1h l.

Cooking method

  • We cut the bread into cubes and put it in the form in which we will cook. I have a glass form. Pour oil, water into a cup and squeeze a clove of garlic into it. Stir thoroughly and sprinkle this mixture on slices of bread.
  • I took a silicone brush, dipped it into this mixture and, as it were, slightly smeared the pieces. Then mix everything with a spoon.
  • We put the mold in the microwave at full power for 1.5 minutes. Mix and turn on for 1-1.5 minutes.
  • The croutons are ready.
