Ingredients

Boneless pork loin 500-600 g
Salt, spices taste
Onions, carrots one small piece.
Fresh garlic 4-5 teeth
Fresh lemon 4 slices
Sweet pepper (Bulgarian),
mushrooms, tomatoes, celery
optional
A set of spices, vegetables, herbs is possible
at your request

Cooking method

  • Grate the meat with salt, grill spices. Stuff the meat with chives.
  • Put onion (cut the head in half), carrots (cut), a mixture of dried herbs, cooked meat in a heat-resistant baking bag, put lemon wedges on top of the meat (and squeeze).
  • Tie the end of the bag tightly in a knot, but leave air in it to expand. Put the package in a saucepan, pour cold water to cover the meat. Secure the end of the bag with a lid so that it does not turn over during cooking, and water does not get into it. We let the water boil, we make it so that the water constantly boils not too much.
  • Thus, we cook the meat for one hour - 30 minutes on each side.
  • We leave the finished meat in a bag and in a saucepan until it cools completely.
  • Now we release from the bag, vegetables and cut into thin slices.

Note

Any meat can be cooked using this recipe. I boiled it in different ways, both in a bag under vacuum and in a baking sleeve.
The amount of juice released depends on the juiciness of the meat and additional components included in the package with the meat.
It always turns out tasty.

Natural boiled meat tastes like carbonate.
Meat boiled in its own juice with spices differs from boiled meat in broth on water.
