Note

The dish is very simple. Perhaps many people know him. But, I just recently learned to cook in the microwave. And I post the recipes that I liked here. I think that there will be people like me who mostly warmed up in the microwave. And my recipes will help them.

Anatolyevna
Natalishka, Natalia, thanks for the chips! Something I didn’t think you could cook such delicious treats at home!
Natalishka
Antonina, but at home, it turns out that you can cook everything: girl_haha: But I like quick recipes. Only now they are like seeds, and the hand stretches.

I did that, it’s delicious, only until you eat it you calm down. I did the current with lubrication differently ... I put the sliced potatoes in a plastic bag, there salt and oil, I did it without spices, shake it well so that the salt and oil are distributed throughout the contents, and then we spread it. It seems to me that this way you can minimize the amount of oil.
Natalishka
Tatyana, and so you can certainly do. True, while you shake it, probably there will be liquid from the potatoes? And then you need to increase the time: girl-th: Yes, and I have a little oil. This is the photo from the phone. Although, without oil, these are not chips
Venera007
Natalishka, well, yes, it appears a little, but this is not a problem ... The taste is still excellent. And I make more than two potatoes, otherwise it's just to smell and lick your lips)) so oil and salt in a bag is faster for me. I love to cook, but I don't like to spend a lot of time on it ..
Natalishka
Tatyana, so I'm learning, so not enough. I picked out the first sample, so it stuck: oA then I adapted and began to shoot perfectly.

Abaldet! And with beer, so generally class! I did this:
We take a medium potato, wipe it well and cut it in half.
On a Berner grater with a flat thin nozzle installed, "round off" one half of the tuber.
We lay out the resulting mugs in a pre-oiled silicone mold. Nothing sticks to it, so Mona does not take a steam bath and immediately put it for 3-4 minutes. (Determined by surgery after the first time).
We wait.
Enjoy.
The truth is very short.
In order to enjoy it in full and not with a friend, it was decided to invite her to her, and not one, but with a silicone mold in the kit. (She is a smart girl, but for a long time could not understand what they wanted from her) ...
And it went!
While one batch is fried, the second is being prepared.
In half an hour, a huge plate of chips was prepared. Moreover, the tastes were very different: salt, paprika, cheese, etc.
By that time, the beer in the refrigerator was already at the right temperature.
I didn't have time to take a picture.
I can say one thing - we liked it.

P.S. The molds were lubricated with oil twice. At the beginning and in the middle of the process.
Venera007
donKhuan, can I have a photo of silicone molds? You are welcome!
donKhuan
Verona007
The most common silicone molds are for cakes.
What did you think?
I'll take a picture at home.
Venera007
donKhuan, well, maybe some silicone mats. So I have silicone molds, and there is a corvik, but large. All good, sorry to cut.
donKhuan
No need to cut anything! In extreme cases, fold in half. Well, I have this d = 24cm
Venera007
donKhuan, I have such a rug that you can't fold it in two ... I work on it with bread dough.
donKhuan
Photos for some reason are not inserted
Well, and buy a mold, if you like chips, Mona. She is a universal thing. If you want bread, you want jellied meat cold. Nothing sticks to her.
Mrs. Addams
Natalishkathanks for the recipe
I wanted to ask - to do on Berner at the minimum thickness? And how tough are the chips?

I apologize for getting in, Ozone has a special set for cooking chips in the microwave:

Natalishka
Mrs. Addams, I cut on a vegetable cutter, Giant. In general, you can at least cut on anything, the main thing is that they are thin.
I looked at Ozone, the reviews are not very good. I would not take it.

I looked at a stand for drying chips on Ali ... How do I get it, unsubscribe. It costs two $.

Natalia, brought my thanks !!! This way of cooking chips won me over !!! While I was exploring the Internet in search of a convenience device, I baked on what was at home. And by experience I found out that it turns out well on a multicooker steamr. First, I lubricate the surface of the stimmer with vegetable oil, literally a few drops. I lay the potato cuts in a continuous layer (on the Burner grater I got a bit thick - my grater is already an old woman, but the potato peeler helped out), it turns out a kind of pancake in one layer, but thin, I salt it with seasoning (you can just salt it). I bake at maximum power for 3 minutes. I turn the whole pancake in one fell swoop to the other side, sprinkle with dry dill and bake again for 1 min 50 sec. Turn over and bake for another 50 seconds. Voila!

Potato chips in the microwave it is already ready, still on the steamr.

Potato chips in the microwave This is a shot chip pancake, thin, glows in the light. You can fan them like a fan! We break it and distribute it to everyone.
Natalishka, thanks for the recipe !!! Now I'm not even going to look for a device, but a second stimmer would be necessary. While one portion is being prepared, I would have planed the next one ...
Natalishka
Irisha, thanks for the tip. Very interesting. I also have a multi plastic stand. We must try: girl-yes: I'm still waiting with Ali ... such a silicone micra stand.

I'm still waiting with Ali ... such a silicone micra stand.
Natalia, and can you link to this stand? I didn't find something on Ali.
Olima
And today I made chips on a silicone mold, which I turned upside down. The potatoes did not stick, I did not grease them with oil.
My uniform is like this, only yellow, it came in handy not only in Princesk, now I will always make chips on it in a microscope. :

Olima, and why did they turn the form upside down?
Olima
And so the potatoes fit more, because I did not put them exactly along the edges, but protruding slightly from the edge of the form. But you can of course not turn the form over.
Venera007
Olimathen everything is clear
