Adjika with apples

Ingredients

Tomatoes 3 Kg
Bell pepper 1 kg
Carrot 1 kg
Apples 1 kg
Garlic 200 g
Chilli taste
Sugar 50-100 gr
Salt Then add 2 tablespoons to taste!
Vegetable oil 200 ml
Vinegar 9% 150-200 ml

Cooking method

  • 1) collecting all the products! we clean it!
  • Adjika with apples
  • 2) we pass all the ingredients through a medium sieve of a meat grinder! separately twisted garlic in a bowl and set aside!
  • 3) Pepper tomatoes carrots apples hot peppers twist everything into 1 dish in which we will cook our Adjika!
  • 4) cook our Adjika over medium heat for 40-50 minutes, then add salt 2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar 50-100 g butter 200 ml cook for 15 minutes try add salt to taste and add our garlic! cook for 5 minutes and start to roll in cans!
  • 5) one-liter cans, half-liter with a screw or a regular lid!
  • I wash the cans with water, steam sterilize for 2-3 minutes, boil the lids for 3-5 minutes in boiling water!
  • 6) pour into jars, close and twist! and under a blanket for 12 hours or until it cools down completely !!
  • Bon Appetit !

The dish is designed for

5 liter jars and try a little!

Note

the recipe contained 200 grams of sugar !! it was removed and reduced for a reason !!!
when cooking and trying the adjika came out sweetish! and for sweet not sour tomatoes and sweet apples!
