Ingredients

Tomatoes by consumption per one liter can
Bulgarian pepper 1/3 pcs.
Parsley, dill (you can even dry it) one large stem
Vinegar 9% 2/3 st. l
Salt 10 g
Sugar 35 g
Tomato paste 50 g
Water 350-380 ml

Cooking method

  • Put tomatoes, peppers, parsley, dill in steamed jars, pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, pour vinegar into the jar.
  • Salt, sugar, tomato paste, boil water (pay attention to the thickness of the tomato paste - maybe you have to put it less or more) pour the tomatoes, roll up, send "under a fur coat".
