Lentil cutlets

Ingredients

Red lentils 250 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
Flax seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Water 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Soak lentils in cold water overnight.
  • Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder, mix with water and refrigerate overnight.
  • Throw the lentils in a colander, rinse.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry for 2 tbsp. l. oils until transparent.
  • Grind lentils and onions with a blender (or mince).
  • Add flaxseed mixture, flour, season to taste, stir.
  • Spoon the mixture into a skillet with well-heated oil. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Put the finished cutlets on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  • Delicious with white bread.
