Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 kg
Carrot 300gr.
bulb onions 300gr.
Tomatoes 300gr.
Dill Large beam
Sunflower oil
salt

Cooking method

  • Boil the mushrooms. I have champignons, cooked for 20 minutes.
  • Dice the carrots, onions, tomatoes and boiled mushrooms.
  • Mushroom caviar in the Steba DD1 multicooker (and not only in it)
  • Cut a bunch of dill with chopsticks. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the frying mode. First fry the onion, then add the carrots and also fry a little. Add mushrooms and tomatoes after 2 minutes.
  • Turn off. We put the dill. Salt and mix thoroughly.

  • We turn on the "Vegetables" mode, pressure 07, time 10 minutes. And wait until the pressure drops by itself. And now it's ready.

  • We transfer the whole mass to another bowl (I did it in a Teflon bowl) and beat with a blender. The caviar is ready.

Note

Caviar can be simmered just on the stove, time is 1.30 minutes. You can eat it right away, or you can sterilize it in the same multicooker for 20 minutes and leave it for the winter (on the advice of Helen Kubanochka). It tastes very delicate (mine). But you can blender a little and you get grainy. Good too.
