Vegetable preparation of cabbage soup

Ingredients

White cabbage 2 kg.
bulb onions 1 kg.
carrot 1 kg.
tomato 2 kg.
sugar 100 g
salt 100 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
vinegar 9% 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Tomatoes mince or chop finely, chop the onion in half rings, grate the carrots, chop the cabbage. Mix vegetables, add sugar, salt, oil and vinegar and cook for 30 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  • Place in sterilized jars, roll up, turn the jars upside down and wrap until cool.
  • You can just eat it as a side dish, you can quickly cook the first one if necessary.
  • Bon Appetit!

I cooked it like this - a piece of chicken, a couple of potatoes, some rice and a 0.5l jar of cabbage soup. Half an hour in a pressure cooker, it turned out to be a very rich tasty "soup-soup"

By the way, I cooked in a pressure cooker. I have Shteba, cooked for 10 minutes on Vegetables 0.7. Half a portion is just enough for one bookmark. Then she decomposed and sterilized 0.5 L in AG for 10 minutes.
